The canonical issue is the problem when a website URL say yoursite.com is typed in the browser it doesn’t redirect to yoursite.com. This problem is a canonical issue in SEO. The canonical issue mainly the form of URL of your website. The thing that you have a website. If you don’t fix the canonical issue of it the Google SE will index your site under different URL. Google can’t understand is the site is same or not. If you have any doubt about it, read this article
