- Change your surroundings and regular routes
- Concentrate, delve into details

In my opinion,
Meditate is a very important part.
Eat natural food: It helps to live healthy as well.
Play games: You have to play the game which is thought strategically or technically.
Sleep: Sleep for at least 8 hours a day to give to boost your mind for next Work/Task.
What do you think Puvi? Am I a correct or wrong?
Basically, We try to sharpen our brain by doing the things that you have mentioned in your point #Puvi. But How many of us really do that? My point is reading a book is an interesting thing when it comes as a story like Harry potter. Otherwise I am not interested to read other kind of big books. 😉
