How long do I need to practice before I start to see changes in my body?

In my point of view, suggests starting with two or three times a week, for an hour or an hour and a half each time. How fast do you want to see results from your practice? I practice every day but as others have said, there is no right or wrong answer. Share your own opinion about How much time do you have to dedicate to a yoga practice?
