In my point of view, If I got stress I did some things. So I recommend that for you.
1. Do the workout every morning
2. After your work play with your friends
3. Read some interesting story books
4. Listen to the songs
Try this I think it’s very useful to you.
If you feel stress, first openly talk with your trusted friend. and get to know the reason for your stress. If you didn’t identify the reason whatever you did you can’t easily overcome with that stress. So first identify the reason and solve those issues. After that you follow those above activities, you will feel free mind.
