Incognito mode will allow users to use Google Maps without saving their activity to their Google Account. Google first introduced incognito in Chrome in 2008 and then added it to YouTube earlier this year.

When launched, the incognito mode can be turned on and off in Maps by selecting it from the menu that appears when you tap on your profile photo.

This feature will be first released on Android later this month and will be available on iOS shortly.
