Facebook introduces Automated Lead Generation on Messenger

Facebook is launching automated lead generation, which allows businesses to select drivers on Messenger and continue the conversation on their preferred channel. This feature is designed to be used in conjunction with Messenger click ads, which triggers conversations between business and Facebook users. After you touch a click-to-messenger ad, users go through an automated set of questions that can be answered with prepaid or free answers.
