Does green tea help weight loss in a healthy way?

My point of you: Yes, green tea does help a person lose weight. Could you please share with me?

I accept your point. Green tea does help to weight loss. Especially Green tea does help to reduce Harmful Abdominal Fat. but If we drink green tea to reduce weight loss you need to maintain rules. I would like to suggest some rules to drink green tea.

  • Drink green tea in the morning around 10:00 to 11:00 pm or early at night.
  • Drinking green tea on an empty stomach
  • Don’t Eat a Lot of Sugary Foods
  • Avoid Foods That Contain Trans Fats
  • Track Your Food Intake and Exercise etc

If you didn’t follow the rules while drinking green tea that is not useful to reduce your weight loss.

Exactly well points. Kuberaga. I could see some peoples in my life. They use green tea to reduce their weight loss. but they don’t know the exact method to use them, then while their talking they criticise the green tea product like a useless product.

Yes of course Green tea is good idea for weight loss but Drinks Honey and Hot Water, Doing Exercise is best Way to weight loss.
