I accept your point. Green tea does help to weight loss. Especially Green tea does help to reduce Harmful Abdominal Fat. but If we drink green tea to reduce weight loss you need to maintain rules. I would like to suggest some rules to drink green tea.
- Drink green tea in the morning around 10:00 to 11:00 pm or early at night.
- Drinking green tea on an empty stomach
- Don’t Eat a Lot of Sugary Foods
- Avoid Foods That Contain Trans Fats
- Track Your Food Intake and Exercise etc
If you didn’t follow the rules while drinking green tea that is not useful to reduce your weight loss.
