Why Sports and Exercise Really Important for Us?

We are always working but we haven’t enough time to play. We forget our likable games, so we are watching that games on TV or Mobiles. but someone said, “Games will help to maintain our body”.

Please Tell me the truth, exercise or games will help to maintain our healthy body?

Yes, definitely it maintains our health and body. As you know, nowadays all the games are in our palm which means our mobile devices or other gaming devices. In this scenario, we full and fully focus on that and we don’t care about our health. 

In this technical world, all the peoples even children also didn’t give the importance of the physical games. If we play the physical games definitely we will have the good health without any illness. There is no reason we don’t need to go for Gym or any pieces of training unless we played physical games or exercises(outdoor games).

Yes, you are right  but why they don’t try to play any outdoor games, I don’t know that reason, if we play any outdoor or indoor games we’ll maintain our healthy body without pay money,

Nowadays peoples like Gym and Other fitness classes, that’s will not help our future because of that physical activities will create some disease in our future life.

So we play any games we’ll get a Healthy world in future.

Yes, I agree your point. Most of the peoples who they want to live a stylish life. In my practical way, if we play a physical game not only we can maintain our health and also we can control our stress level as well.

#Mathushan Such a useful one this is I think. Yes, both activity helps to maintain a healthy life between us. 
There are many benefits of regular exercise and sports activity.
Exercise improves both the strength and the efficiency of our cardiovascular system to get the oxygen and nutrients to our muscles. When the cardiovascular system works better everything seems easier and we have more energy for the fun stuff in life.
The more you exercise, the more calories you burn. So the result is
You may lose weight and look better physically which will boost your self-esteem. And physical activities make us more tired so we’re more ready to sleep. Good quality sleep helps us to improve overall wellness. It helps to reduce stress.

  If you are going to do the exercise it’s cool. But don’t do it blindly. Because, if we don’t have the proper knowledge or guidelines about them, it will affect our health. So, if we want to do the exercise or sports, definitely we need to follow the guidelines as well.

Yes, #Mathushan Every physical activities girls do in their home is an exercise. To be honest, Exactly I don’t spend time to do the exercise but I do something special. It’s called Zumba (a kind of fitness dance). 🙂

We are living in machine world, our daily activities adopt with tv and mobiles, we don’t focus on our health and body, therefore we lost our life quickly. but the Exercise can make the better life. because it helps to improve our personality, enthusiasm, brain function and lifestyle.

In daily life many legends are doing physical activities in their morning life, like running, cycling, jogging, swimming and etc. but we never consider that because we hate the morning activities in our life.

when we wake up in morning, first we are using the mobile and tv. we are living in this life,

If you are able to improve daily actives with Exercise you can improve your positive vibration, if you need truth, do the Exercise daily !!

In my opinion, exercise is good habits because if we will do the exercise or play games that will help to fell the more and more energy in the morning. and we start our morning with energetic.
