It is so very common for a business to treat all their customers equally, but businesses willingly proitize customers based on how much profitable they are, or value them based on the return they make. Is it really good ?
Could you please explain me how businesses use CRM to keep in track of their all level customers? And also the strategies they would use in such circumstances.

#Durga, I little bit know about the marketing stuff. and clearly, know customer relationship very important to grow up our business. So in order to maintain our customer relationship, we need to know Measure our customer service levels right?

But I don’t know how can we measure the customer service levels? So if you have any hints please share your points.

           1.Hearing is not enough you need to listen.
           2.Be Responsive.
           3.Be a Human,not a machine.
           4.Get to know your customers.
           5.A happy employee is a happy customer.
           6.An issue is important,but a customer is more important.
           7.Build your brand awareness.
           8.Keep Organized.
           9.Measure and Improve.
          10.Make this journey comfortable for your customer.
