How do you handle stress?

Most of the time I react to situations, rather than to stress. So the situation is handled and doesn’t become stressful.

Hi #Deepthika, When I Feeling stressful situation, I follow the methods, It very helps to reduce my stress. If you follow the tips you can relieve your stress.

Take a Break
Talk with your lovable person
listening to relax music
Eat some relax food like: fruits and also take tea
Get more sleep

  • Share it with your parents, They are the highly confidential persons.¬†
  • chocolates.
  • Swimming
