A helpful article you have shared, #Nigetha. Thank you. I have always been lazy to wake up. What I do to keep my eyes open when I wake is, check Facebook. 😛 The brightness of the screen itself will take drowsiness away from me.

It looks like I need to focus on designing my bedroom according to the core principles of Feng Shui. Also, I need to stop eating chocolates before going to bed. 😛

Again, thank you #Nigetha for sharing this post. Why don’t share on what you do to feel fresh in the morning?

I recently viewed an article in the net which told that there is a ” natural alarm clock ” in our brain which is triggered when someone experiences depression somewhere in their life.

It said that whenever a person gets too depressed from an event and recovers from that the person’s brain will develop a ” natural alarm” which will enable him/her to wake up at the same time everyday ( without the need of a traditional alarm).

Kind of a superpower isn’t it?

Everyone has to go under some sort of depression in life, #Gauthamann.

The superpower is sometimes activated when there is stress too. 😀

Like the thought you have to wake up in the morning to reach office early and finish the pending tasks. 😛

#Yathusha, you are right. But work stress is a little bit different from life depression. 🙂 There may be personal “disasters” that may cause depression, for example, betrayal from a person who we trusted with our life. 🙁
