I recently viewed an article in the net which told that there is a ” natural alarm clock ” in our brain which is triggered when someone experiences depression somewhere in their life.
It said that whenever a person gets too depressed from an event and recovers from that the person’s brain will develop a ” natural alarm” which will enable him/her to wake up at the same time everyday ( without the need of a traditional alarm).
Kind of a superpower isn’t it?
