How can I relax my mind and what are the best ways?

I have lot of works and other problems so my mind is very stress, how can I relax my mind?
Please give me some tips.

#Dayanthiny, Please focus on these criteria. Because It’s very helpful and relaxes for your mind.

  • Take deep breaths and should relax your mind.
  • watch your favorite movie or scene
  • listen to your favorite music
  • talk to your friends directly/ by phone
  • do meditation
  • close your eyes and recollect your dreams
  • sleep sometime or just give  a nap

Note: I would highly recommend you to take a meditation class.

Mind relaxation is essential for today’s life. Our mind and body are stressed out because of workload and many other things. It is crucial for us to calm ourselves down to increase our productivity because stress kills productivity. I do have some tried and tested methods, which I like to do when I am in stress or feel depressed.

You can try the following things –

  1. Meditate – Do Yoga for 10 minutes daily.
  2. Read your favorite book.
  3. Close your eyes and take a nap.
  4. Rub your feet over any ball to relax your feet.
  5. Look out of the window and try to feel the nature.
  6. Listen to your favorite song.
  7. Smell some decent fragrance. It will instantly lift up your mood.
  8. Cuddle a pet only if you are a pet lover or else spend some time with kids.
  9. Write down on a piece of paper what is running on your mind.

Have I  mentioned no.5?  No, right? Well, well, then let me tell you the most brilliant way to kill your stress is –  having dark chocolates, which triggers endorphin to give you the ultimate pleasure and relaxation.

#Dayanthiny  i found some ways to De-Stress: Suggestions for the stress that are actually i felt. 🙂

  • Don’t forget to stay hydrated and eat good food like

-fruit
-veggies
-nuts

  • Keep moving!

-set aside some time for activities such as walking, yoga, and fun sports.

  • Take the time to plan at least one fun activity every day
  • Sleep is very important. aim for 7- hours a night
  • Watch a movie
  • Read a good books
  • draw or paint
  • Spend the some
  • listen to your favorite tuens
  • Meditate
  • Call a friend
  • Visualize a self comforting place
  • Look at a happy photos
  • Watch a funny videos

#Dayanthiny I am sharing my thoughts for your question

  • Take a deep sleep.
  • Drink some coffee, energy drinks, sodas and you need to eat healthy foods.
  • You have to really listen to melody songs.
  • Try to drawing,painting, dancing.
  • Spend some time with your garden.
  • Playing with your pets any times.
